RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy for your convenience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 2 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Face Masks. Kindly check all the details carefully before purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. In case of prepaid order, amount will be credited to your source account. In case of COD order, we will mail you asking for your account details for refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. It takes Approximately 7 days from the date of placing return for the money to be credited.
